Tables, Figures & Infographics

Tables, figures, charts, and other visual materials included in manuscripts must be directly relevant to the research content and should enhance the clarity and understanding of the study.


Formatting and Labelling

  • All tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and provided with descriptive titles.
  • Each table or figure must be referenced in the main text.
  • Sources of data must be clearly acknowledged below the table or figure, where applicable.

Quality Standards

  • Visual materials must be of high resolution and clarity.
  • Figures should be readable in both online and PDF formats.
  • Redundant or purely decorative visuals are discouraged.

Ethical Use of Visuals

  • Authors are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any copyrighted material used in tables or figures.
  • Proper attribution must be provided for reproduced or adapted visuals.
